Claude and Barbara Caldwell Memorial Nursing Fund Scholarships
Scholarships from the Claude and Barbara Caldwell Memorial Nursing Fund are available. For more information or to apply, contact Pulaski Memorial Hospital Administration at 574-946-2166, or download, complete, and return the Nursing Loan Application found below (Instructions can be found on the application form).

Applicants must be:
  • 18 years of age
  • A resident of Pulaski County for at least one year
  • Seeking a degree as a registered nurse
  • Plan to work in Pulaski County after graduation
The deadline for the 2008 spring semester is Nov. 1, 2007.

The deadline for the 2008 fall semester is July 1, 2008.
