Responsible for directing over all operations of the Dietary and Housekeeping/Linen departments in accordance with current federal, state and local standards.
- Certified Dietary Manager certification
- High School Graduate Degree or equivalent
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience in food service operations of health care institutions
- Maintains current Certification in Nutrition satisfying requirements from local, state and federal agencies
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office)
